01 — COMMISSIONSI reserve the right to accept or decline any commission request.Commission slots are limited and may vary depending on my workload.I may refuse a request without having to provide a detailed explanation.02 — PAYMENTPayment is required before I begin working on the commission.Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the request, number of characters, commercial use, and additional elements.No work will begin until payment has been received.03 — PROCESS & DELIVERYYou will receive updates or previews during the commission process when applicable.Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the complexity of the commission and my current workload.Please contact me if you have an important deadline before placing an order.04 — REVISIONSMinor revisions are allowed during the appropriate stages of the commission.Major changes or changes requested after approval of a finished stage may require an additional fee.Please provide all important references and instructions before I begin.05 — REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONSBecause commissions are custom-made, refunds are not guaranteed once work has started.If you need to cancel a commission, contact me as soon as possible.Refund eligibility may depend on how much of the commission has already been completed.06 — COMMERCIAL USEPersonal-use commissions do not automatically include commercial rights.Commercial use, merchandise, monetization, advertising, resale, or use for business purposes may require an additional fee or separate agreement.Please ask about commercial use before commissioning.07 — ARTWORK USAGEYou may use the finished artwork according to the rights included with your commission.You may not resell, redistribute, claim authorship of, or use the artwork to create AI training datasets without my permission.Do not remove my signature or watermark unless previously agreed.08 — AI & DERIVATIVE USEMy artwork may not be used to train, fine-tune, or create datasets for generative AI systems without my explicit permission.You may not use my artwork to generate derivative images through AI without permission.09 — NSFW / SENSITIVE CONTENTI may accept certain mature or suggestive commissions at my discretion.I may refuse any request that I am not comfortable drawing.10 — DEADLINESRush commissions may be available depending on my schedule and may include an additional fee.A specific delivery date is only guaranteed when explicitly agreed upon before payment.11 — COMMISSION ARTWORKI retain the right to display completed commissions in my portfolio, social media, website, or promotional material unless a private commission has been agreed upon.If you require the commission to remain private, please discuss this before placing the order.12 — AGREEMENTBy purchasing a commission, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service.These terms may be updated in the future. The version applicable to your commission will be the version agreed to at the time of purchase.
